Unfortunately i was unable to complete my shopping with your company due to your requirements regarding first time purchasers. I think you need to look at changing the requirement of providing a copy of the front and back of your credit card and a statement. As a person who has been involved in fraudulant activity on my credit card there is no way that i would give this information to anyone. You are also the only company i know of (and i purchase quite frequently via the internet) who has this requirement. I have also told my financial institute about your requirements and they too advised never to give this information out. Sorry but i will be unable to recommend your site to anyone. Read more

Got an order confirmation number by email the same day as the order but haven't heard from them since which has been 16 days. I would have expected an email notice of a delivery date or a back order status but haven't as yet. I may cancel the order if I don't get a response to my 2 email inquiries I just made today. I tried a phone call to customer service but was disconnected. I tried a second phone call and was told to try again or email them. Not good. Read more
