Pros: You're Spider-Man, swinging on a web line, controls, graphics, voice-acting Cons: camera viewpoints, easy to beat, not many extras, not enough aerial battles.
Spider-Man... Spider-Man... doing everything a spider can...
remember that theme song from the original cartoon series.
Well, it's 2002 now... the Spider-Man movie is finally out in theaters and is ripping up the box office...
Pros: Graphics,Sound,Controls Cons: Camera, a bit short
Spiderman is based on the 2002 movie starring Tobey Maguire and Willem Dafoe. It is also a bit of a spin-off of the Spider Man game based on the hugely popular Marvel Comics that was released on the PlayStation and the Dreamcast about a year previously. ...
I got this game for free, and was not expecting much from it. Amazingly, I was pleasantly surprised. Storyline I was really worried about this part of the game. Although I like comic books, and enjoyed Spider-Man the movie in particular, ...
Pros: Graphics, aerial battles, control scheme, good battle combos, voice acting. Cons: Nothing really new here, poor camera, too short, bad level layouts.
The Spiderman released a few years back on the PlayStation 1 was one top quality game. It was easily one of, if not the best superhero game ever created. It was good on its own, too. So, when I caught wind that the game would be released by the same...
Pros: Nice graphics, nice controls Cons: Boring, meandering gameplay, no sense of urgency at all
In my previous review of Batman: Vengeance, I briefly mentioned the superhero or hero game that brought back my interest in comic-book hero themed games. I also made various references to how Batman was better than this game, especially in the...
Pros: Crisp graphics; Good voice talent; Plenty of fighting moves Cons: Not well-balanced difficulty level
OVERVIEW
In Spiderman: The Movie, you play as Peter Parker and follow several of the events of the blockbuster movie. For those of you familiar with the preceding Spiderman games on PS One, Spiderman: The Movie isn't really all that...
Pros: cool moves, good graphics, Cons: bad sound, long and boring, weird levels
Plot
You are Spiderman and you are to save the city from destruction by the evil enemies. You have to chase the villains throughout the game. They move throughout the city destroying everything. Different from the movie, there are a lot of...
Pros: Amazing graphics, great voice-acting.
Cons: Awful camera angles, bad controls, a little too easy.
There are 2 reasons why I bought this game. First, I’ve always been huge fan of Spiderman. From the comic books to the new movie. So, naturally I was curious about this game.
Second, I have the Sega Dreamcast version of Spiderman and that game...
Pros: Webcrawling. Cons: Graphics. Fighting is lacking. Dark. Camera effects are annoying.
This is not Spiderman. I admit that this would be a very difficult game to make because some of things that Spiderman can do is just insane. But this game lacks.
Graphics: In the city when you are webcrawling the background just stops...
Pros: Fun; Addictive; Everyone loves Spiderman; great gameplay Cons: to short
The story-line in the game is a lot like the movies, but it has a lot of extra's in it. The game is a great rental, but I wouldn't recommend it for a buy. Beating it is easy and could be done in one weekend if you play enough. If you really like the game...
Spiderman is a real cool... by blade0918_dt3000,Mar 29 '03
Spiderman is a real cool game up until the point where you
are telling yourself that it is very short! I beat it on easy
in two days but it is still a good game. It is much funner if
you play it on super hero because it takes alot longer to beat
it. It had some good characters, but i was expecting more such
as Dr. Octopus, and the Lizard, and Venom or even Carnage! I
think that this game is ok if you like action games, but dont
buy it if you you dont want too. I kind of liked it and i heard
that if you beat it on super hero that you can play as The Green
Goblin (or one of the other super villians). Now thats cool!!!
