I us this for work(construction) and keep it in a pocket. I have the case on order but have had no problems so far. All and all this is an outstanding little mp3 player. The sound is great, I think, and the song transferring is very easy if you use Windows media player. The viewing screen is very generic, but for fifty bucks what can you really expect. There are No complaints in my opinion.

I got it for my birthday six months ago. Does not work any more. freezes up. Reviews from another web site were the same. Since I read two bad reviews on this model I am afraid to buy a new battery. Because it did not work for someone else and they were lucky to get a trade in from the manufacturer. I did enjoy listening to my favorite music while did house work or an escape from chronic complainers. I miss it now and will most likely buy another mp3 player but not this one.
