The Samsung Blackjack isn't anything spectacular, but it is a reliable cell phone that can also be used to surf the web or check email. The qwerty keyboard makes typing considerably easier than a standard cell phone and is a necessity for anyone who's going to be texting or e-mailing a lot. With the 3G compatibility, web browsing can be very fast in areas with 3G coverage. With a micro sd card slot, you can store many songs, videos, pictures, documents, or whatever else you want. The screen seems prone to scratching, especially given how often you have to carry your cell phone, so I would recommend a case or screen protector. The battery life isn't amazing, but is good enough. Also, you can get a free extended length battery from Cingular. With windows mobile, there are numerous applications that can be installed. Personally, I recommend facade and papyrus as two very useful applications.
