Pros: Never burns. Self start timer. Handy dispenser.
Cons: Not tall enough for travel mugs.

Pros: We love not having the pot to mess with - very easy.
Cons: You can't take a carafe to another room or table and "serve" coffee.

Pros: Decent job with the coffee. Like not having a carafe.
Cons: Can't get one that isn't broken. Dispenser too close to button.

Pros: No coffee pot.
Cons: Makes an absolute mess if every drop is used almost immediately. Would never buy another.
Summary: We wanted a coffee pot without the "pot" and thought this would be perfect. It worked well for about 1 month, then it's been a mess ever since. If you don't use all 10 cups, then you'll find the rest of the coffee on your countertop.
