I ordered the "Brinda DyGraf Total Bosy Air Climber with Step Tracker & DVD'S. I requested it to be sent via UPS. as it would be easier for me. I even received an email from QVC stating it had been sent by UPS to our physical address with a tracking # and an opportunity to print out a return tracking #. It never came and when I contacted customer service at QVC I was told it was sent to the PO box number at the post office and it had been received by the post office. Now it is going to be very difficult for me to pick this up and hope it is not returned to QVC before I am able to get to the post office in another week. I will still order from QVC because I like alot of their products and prices and hope my request will be followed next time. Most things are shipped to the PO box, but this particular time was inconvenient to me. I hope it will still be there when I can get there to pick it up. I still have not received the product so I could not tell you if it is good condition or not!!!
