The three pack of refrigerator water filters arrived pretty fast. It was very helpful to get multiples for a discounted price. A greater discount would have been appreciated when comparing the online price to the local retail store price.
Online, it was difficult to tell which model number of the filter I should have ordered as the water filter model I was trying to replace was not named as an exact replacement with what was available online. It would be nice to have a compatibility chart with all the water filter models and makes listed to make a more confident choice among the products offered. Measurements would have helped, also. Lists of just the makes of the refrigerators were not sufficient to verify compatibility of the water filter.
They were delivered and dropped at the front door by USPS. They arrived in one piece and it saved me a trip to the local store since I was not assured they would have them in stock when I arrived. This is good for disabled or extremely busy customers.
It did fit, so I must have picked the correct filter type for the model refrigerator I have. I would buy the filters this way in the future, if needed.
