Don't buy from these guys. They buy their stuff off international gray markets, undermining the manufacturers and hurting all the businesses that buy things through the right channels. Since they don't buy directly from the manufacturer their products don't have manufacturer's warranty or support. Yeah, they offer their own warranty, but it's not the same. I've heard nightmare stories about these guys, I'm amazed anyone has anything good to say about them. Their prices may often be the cheapest, but be warned: it's not worth it.
My experiences with them have been mixed, sometimes fine, sometimes delayed. I've only shopped with them a few times but after they screwed up one of my orders and didn't seem eager to correct it I looked elsewhere-- seems the same type of complaint others have. When I found out about their product sourcing I regretted having purchased anything with them at all.

As a brand new diver, I was torn between supporting my local dive shop or buying cheaper online. In the end, I bought some things at the shop because of the service and information they provide me, and a couple of items online because they were just so much cheaper. Leisure Pro was recommended by a friend, they answered all of my questions by phone, and I received my order on time. No complaints whatsoever.

Good prices, however worst customer service i have ever encountered. Fins arrived missing straps, took them over a week for "customer service" staff to send spare straps even after multiple calls. Please avoid Leisure Pro at all costs. If an issue presents itself you will regret doing business with them.

I had read a few questionable reviews for Leisure Pro on this site and did some research on my own. I had an EXCELLENT experience with my order. I was buying a Citizen watch which has to be purchased from an authorized retailer to carry the full warranty. Leisure Pro told me they were, but I went ahead and checked with Citizen anyway and they verified that they were an authorized dealer. I submitted my order on 12/11/03 in the early morning hours, paid for 3 day select shipping and received my order on 12/12/03 - What a surprise! All items were perfect and exactly what I ordered for excellent prices. What a great "etailer!" I would highly recommend them.

Ordered 2nd day air on a Saturday, didn't receive item until Thursday after I had already departed on trip. Business supervisor and operator very rude and also advised that the order sat on a UPS truck for 2 days but would not reimburse the 2nd day air charges.

Locating the items was easy, ordering was easy, follow up and handling was very good. David, The Leisure Pro representative on the phone answered every question and was very helpful, even advised me on some technical matters related to the ordered items.
The items arrived in time.

Question #2 could lead to a mis-construed understanding. There was a minor problem with the order, a part that was missing. Otherwise everything was in good condition. I advised Leisure Pro about the situation. They got back to me within hours, and by the following week (as it was the end of the week when the order first arrived), the missing part was in my hands. I'm completely satisfied with the response time and service that Leisure Pro has given to date.
Question #5 was answered "N/A" because by the time I went to check on the shipping progress, the order was already at my door!
