A promising printer which doesn't live up to expectations

Pros: - really portable - good quality printing with paper as well as photos - quick
Cons: - an ink gobbler - not very reliable - very bad customer service from HP
I bought the Deskjet 460cb in December 2006. First problem: I found it very hard to install properly. The driver that came with it didn't want to install on my portable computer. I had to go on the HP site and try to dig up the right driver and that ...
