Pros: Compact, stylish, excellent sound and volume, fast transfer, battery life, bright screen, 8GB Cons: No WMA support, no FireWire support, pricey
Why have the 2GB version of the Nano if you can get a 8GB one? Although the 8GB iPod Nano is more expensive, I was getting tired of having to choose what songs to delete from my 2 GB version to free up some space for ...
Pros: Thinner, 24 hours battery life, 8GB, flash drive, aluminum casing!, iTunes 7 Cons: Less features than competitors, earbuds still average, other minor quibbles
Great... one year after I bought the 1st Generation iPod Nano 4GB, out comes the incrementally better iPod Nano 2nd Generation. Okay... sell 1st Gen to a friend and buy the 2nd Gen with the educational discount (which Apple has now stopped... bummer). ...
Pros: Small, very durable, iTunes, good value, ease of use, design, just about everything. Cons: Included earbuds suck.
I am in no way a fan of Apple. The high price tags have turned me away, and the legions of arrogant Apple fanboys blaming every little annoyance on a PC squarely on Microsoft have always irritated the crap out of me. I am an extremely satisfied Windows ...
Pros: Nice update from version 1.0: More robust case, larger capacity memory and battery, brighter screen. Cons: Other than more storage not a compelling upgrade for current nano owners.
If the nano 1.0 was love at first sight, the new nano 2.0 is a second honeymoon. The nano 1.0 was cute and playful and at first you never wanted to put it down. But after awhile you took its technological capabilities for granted and started to see its ...
Pros: all metal casing, scratch resistant, excellent search feature Cons: no user adjustable equaliser option, backlight cannot be dimmed, lousy bundled earphones
This is my first Ipod so I have no previous Ipods to compare it against. However, it is not my first mp3 player and I think it is light years better than any of the mp3 players I've ever had. I badly wanted a new lager capacity mp3 player and ...
Pros: 24 Hour Battery, 8gb/2000 song memory, Durable, Small LCD Screen, Extra Features, User Friendly Cons: None As Of Yet
The newest release of the Ipod Nano is by far one of the best electronics I have ever owned. Its small, has 8 Gigabytes of memory, very durable and is very user friendly. The first thing that I noticed when I received this great present was how well ...
Pros: Excellent battery life (24hrs) and extremely light weight (under 1.5 oz!) Cons: Somewhat limited in functions compared to similar players.
I purchased this nano for a little under $200 from a scratch and dent store, and I must say this is by far the best mp3 player I have ever used. I purchased this 8gb model along with a 30gb video ipod for a friend. In comparing the two I would strongly ...
Pros: Small, lightweight and extremely portable. Excellent battery life. Color screen. Flash memory improves read times. Cons: Headphone port on bottom. Wheel edges not well-defined. No separate power unit. No iTunes CD.
My first iPod was an iPod mini. It had fair battery life to start, only held 4GB and was pretty big (in comparison to the iPod nano). Within a few months the battery life went from fair to pss-poor. And with how much I listen to music (quite ...
Pros: More bang for the buck than the G1, many improvements all around. Cons: Still a delicate device - a protective case is still a good idea,
As the owner of a G1, 4GB Nano, I was naturally curious to compare the new, G2 8GB Nano to see what had changed. The short answer is: a lot. The G1 Nano was revolutionary for its size, capacity, battery life, screen clarity and package. It was also ...
Pros: Slim, easy to use software and user friendly display. Cons: Need more space.
I didn't think I wanted an iPod but my husband bought me one for my birthday last year and I promptly filled it up (my iTunes has so many songs now that I have to deselect to get it to sync). I originally wanted the 80 gig but then said "no, its too ...
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Transportable, Storage Capacity, Compatibility with Windows/Mac, Sleek Appearance, Battery Life Cons: Buy black earbuds for theft deterrent...white ones are a dead giveaway. Otherwise, none!
Apple Ipod 2nd Generation Nano 8GB in Black I have to admit, I always was a sceptic of the Ipods. When they first came out, I heard many negatives of durability, battery life and breakage ratios. However, since that time I have become a ...
Pros: Tiny, light, excellent audio quality, long battery life. Immune to jarring damage. Cons: Fragile, easily scratched. Requires protective case.
The nano is a fantastic little MP3 player - no denying it. Because of the standardized dock connector, it works with virtually all of the accessories designed for its bigger brothers. It's tiny, it's light, it has excellent audio quality and the battery ...
Pros: The iPod nano can store 1,000 songs. It is also portable and easy to understand. Cons: Sometimes the iPod nano could go wrong and not sync with your computer.
I got my iPod nano for about half a year now and it holds up a lot of songs. I bought this product because I love music and I listen to music a lot. I needed a better and more portable way to listen to my music instead of a CD player, so I bought an iPod ...
Pros: Capacity, light, and great sound Cons: The ear phones require an upgrade
I recently upgraded to the Black 8GB Nano from a MuVo Nomad I have been carrying around for 3 year. Wow! the song capacity alone made the worth the money. The battery life great and the ease of use with Itunes is super. Not quite as easy as the plug and play of the Muvo, but I can deal with it. The ear phones have ok sound but don't fit smaller ears. I am still looking for an acceptable upgrade on those. Buy one and you will not regret it.
It doesn't get any better.. by tjschoenlein,Aug 28 '07

This little guy has it all.. pocket size, super lite weight, bright clear color screen, a battery that does what they say it will do..24hrs of playing music!
