Another top notch product by apple!I store all my favourite albums easilly and still have 100gb free space. Will probably load some videos to fill up the free space:))
If you will use Ipod only for music files then 60gb is enough.
DNB and ambient sounds just great on this player.

Having a huge CD collection (thousands...) mostly jazz and classical I didn't want to compromise on storage space and sound quality. I imported everything in Apple Lossless format which sounds the best.
Obviously the files are bigger but with 160Gig this gives me the space for about 500-600 albums which is plenty enough for carrying around. The sound quality is like listening from the CD.
Having so many songs in such a small and beautiful unit is great.

Pros: - Storage capacity and size the ability to use it as a portable hard drive
Cons: - buggy / defects

After several tries and reading several blogs, I have found that there are numerous issues with the device. I had to roll back from Itunes 7.5 to 7.4.3 and plug it in to a powered USB Hub. After doing that I was only able to sync 943 songs of a 3,500 song library. If anything, this tells you the device is defective. While the classic has been around, I would recommend to not buy a first generation device. I did stick with apple and bought the 8 gb nano and have had no problems.

Pros: None, I don't have anything for this section.
Cons: Break easily, overpriced, bad sound quality, not many color choices, too big, or too small.

I don't think Ipod's are a very reliable music device.
I have used them before and they aren't reliable at all.
Mp3's are much more usable and come in more variates.(Shape, size, color, & brand)
