Pros: This is the best car you can get in this price range. Cons: You can hear road noise from the wind and tires at highway speeds. The Bottom Line: The 2005 Honda CIVIC EX is a vehicle for anyone who wants a safe, economic vehicle, with great resale value, and a well earned reputation for reliability.

Pros: Great on gas; Interesting electric/fuel combination Cons: Little acceleration; Not the most physically appealing The Bottom Line: This car isn't perfect, but it has a lot to offer for those who want to save money on gasoline.
In these days of high gasoline prices, smaller, more fuel- efficient cars are becoming more and more popular. Consumers who would never have considered buying some of these compact vehicles are now reconsidering their position, based solely on the fuel ...

Pros: Seating, Quality. Cons: Price, Warranty, Styling, Acceleration could be better. The Bottom Line: I suggest waiting for the '06 models..
When the Civic Si made its re-entrance back into the US market in 2002, it didnt have many cars to compete with. If you wanted an affordable compact that offered more than just point A to B transport you were limited to either the Civic Si ...

Pros: The ultimate "practical" car Cons: Ugly and small The Bottom Line: If performance, styling, and spaciousness are your bag, you'll want to look elsewhere, but if bang for the buck is what drives you, drive a Civic.
Smug and offensive is how Honda's web site comes off to me these days, what with the way they are currently hyping their 2005 Civics. "Are Civic drivers the smartest people on Earth?" it asks. How obnoxious is THAT? Very. ...

Have you ever stopped to think about your beliefs? Stupid question, you say? Well, maybe so, but if you truly try and evaluate them, can you pinpoint the point in your life when your beliefs stopped being your parents beliefs and truly started being ...

Pros: Honda reputation, tight fit and finish, outstanding fuel economy, drives with easy familiarity. Cons: Unimpressive feature content, poor brake-pedal modulation. Reports of its fun factor are greatly exaggerated. The Bottom Line: The Civic is as efficient and well-made as ever, but the competition is catching up, and--in some respects--taking the lead. Don't be afraid to shop around a little.
My Experience While fire-breathing 'Vettes, Evos, and M3s grapple in their highly-publicized, ever-escalating battles for supremacy, a humbler revolution is taking place in the lowly economy-car class. The revolution, in case you haven't ...

Pros: Reliability, Gas Mileage, Easy to Drive Cons: Boring performance, Mushy Brakes The Bottom Line: This car has an established record of overall reliability and customer satisfaction. If you want a great value, the Civic is it.
Honda's are among the best selling cars, and have the top overall resale value for a simple reason. The reliability on a Honda is outstanding, and many of their vehicles from the 80's and 90's still take up space on our nation's highways. At my ...

Pros: Saves me money in an unpredictable gasoline market and is comfortable on long drives. Cons: When the batteries are drained, the gasoline engine does not have enough guts. The Bottom Line: I think if you shop around long enough, anyone can find a great deal-this is an excellent 1st car or 2nd car
After 2 years of drooling at the new technology, investing in real estate and winning big, and budgeting tediously, my wife and I decided it was time to buy a Honda Civic Hybrid. I had narrowed our choices down to the Prius and the Civic during the 2 ...

Pros: comprehensive features (VP), anti-theft protections, quick response, acceleration, handling, spaciousness, a GREAT car. Cons: AC/fan control placement, learning curve The Bottom Line: This is my first car purchased on my own, and a Civic is a reliable, functional, and fun fit for me. I'm very pleased.
Truth told, this is my first car review. To be quite honest, I'm going to ad-lib this review as much as possible because I tend to hang out in the Video Games section around Epinions. Appearance, Gameplay, Mechanics, Replay Value. I can do that all ...

Pros: Clean look, very reliable, actual 50 mpg highway Cons: Poor acceleration and emergency handling. The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a competent, high mileage car that will require little or no time at the dealer, this is the model for you.
After California got the federal OK to allow hybrids in HOV lanes, I purchased my Civic Hybrid off the lot with minimal research, but I don't regret it. Aside from the need to bring the car in once for a computer reprogram, it has not required one visit ...

Pros: Comfortable. Great A/C and heat functions. Great overall interior layout. Cons: Road noise. Sticker way high for class. Advertised gas mileage on window/EPA sticker misleading. The Bottom Line: Great deal. Now that gas is $2.25 per gallon and going skyward this car is saving me wads of cash. I can deal with the road noise easily.

Pros: reliable, stylish, and affordable Cons: none The Bottom Line: The Honda Civic is known for its reliability and affordability. In addition, the EX Coupe is an option that offers more power and style that will turn heads.
I debated between the Scion Tc, the VW Jetta, and the Honda Civic, and ultimately chose the Civic Coupe EX due to its well established reliability and quality. I had owned a '97 Civic before (100,000+ miles), and never experienced any problems. My ...
